This blog is a collection of my thoughts about business and technology, covering everything from architecture to strategy.

I believe in a few basic tenets of business:
1 - Business drives technology, and technology drives business.
2 - Strategy, organization, and technology must balance for a business to succeed.
3 - People, priorities, and processes should be the focus of any good business.

These tenets, when working in concert, can lead any organization to success. When misaligned, they can lead to disappointment and despair. Both types of organizations are interesting, because there is much to learn. Sharing ideas and stories makes us stronger, and better at what we do. That is probably one reason why you are reading this or any other blog, or writing your own.
